I would like to thank all of our readers who over the past 18 months have helped us grow to over 2,000 subscribers, unfortunately time is our biggest enemy. My dream was for Milnrow Online to become a service to the people and businesses of Milnrow as the likes of Littleborough Local has become to Littleborough by being engrained in local activity and news however the time needed to find stories; validate them and write them up at the right time before posting has become too much alongside my 9-5 job in Manchester, trying to develop the website and my musical exploits in Cheshire.
I believe the only way to sustain a project like MO is to be local and be available, unfortunately too often I cannot promise either of those things. I would love for MO to live on and grow so if any local businesses or driven individuals would like to take over the reigns please do get in contact.
